BLUE DOT DOT DOT Modern throw quilt 64 by 65 inches

A blue quilt with accents in white, black, gray and small pops of red and purple. This improv quilt is composed of different geometric elements, traditional quilt blocks, and modern curves: dots and dashes, pod shapes, log cabins, tracks, checkerboard, sawtooth triangles, stripes, skinny lines. An eclectic gathering of shapes with the unifying theme of blue.  This modern, abstract throw quilt will make an interesting addition to your modern, bohemian home. Throw size (64 by 65 inches) is perfect for living room, patio, bedroom or reading nook.

The reverse side is made with a modern print in navy and sand.  I stitched parallel lines along the width, giving the quilt an easy drape, crinkled appearance, and a lush, textured feel. Unbleached cotton batting provides lightweight warmth.  The binding in shades of blue was attached securely with two rounds of machine stitching for durability. All fabrics and batting are premium 100% cotton.

Care: Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry, low heat; or air dry flat if you prefer. The quilt has been machine washed and dried after construction, to shrink it to its final dimensions.
