SWEETHEART Modern quilted runner for wall or table 15 by 44 inches

This modern quilted runner in classic red, white and pink has a simple medallion design combined with abstract, improv piecing.  Pieced strips of print and solid fabrics in shades of red and pink are arranged in a medallion design with alternating strips of white. The result is this fresh and sweet runner – a perfect addition to your Valentine’s Day decor.  I stitched closely spaced parallel lines across the width of the runner.  Its nice compact size (15 by 44 inches) makes it a great choice for dining table, entry console, coffee table, bedroom dresser or as quilted wall art.

The reverse side is made with a knotted string print in mint, pink and yellow. The back of the runner has rod pockets sewn in all four corners, so you can hang on the wall from either end. You will need a wooden dowel (round or flat slat) cut to the appropriate length. Simply tuck the ends of the dowel into the top corner pockets and hang on the wall by setting the dowel on small nails or pushpins. Fabrics and batting are premium 100% cotton.

After construction, the table runner was machine washed, tumble dried on low for 10 minutes, then removed from the dryer while partially damp and laid flat to air dry.  If you continue this care, no further shrinkage will occur.
