MOD MEDALLION modern throw quilt 68 by 68 inches

This generously sized contemporary throw quilt has a curvy, geometric design. Bold modern prints in contrasting colors and patterns create this dynamic medallion design.  Patterns include wavy stripes, shibori stars, polka dots, stars, village landscape, and ombre waves. Main colors are navy, green, pink, red, blue, and peach. This large throw quilt is perfectly sized for living room, patio, or reading nook – or hang it on the wall for a piece of high impact modern wall art.

The reverse side has an abstract design composed of circles and triangles against a navy background.  I stitched parallel lines across the quilt, giving it an easy drape, crinkled appearance, and a lush, textured feel. Unbleached cotton batting gives the quilt lightweight warmth.  The binding was attached with two rounds of machine stitching for durability. All fabrics and batting are premium 100% cotton.

Care: Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry, low heat; or air dry flat if you prefer. The quilt has been machine washed and dried after construction, to shrink it to its final dimensions.
